The team behind Capitly
We're a small, senior team. Every client works directly with us not a junior analyst or an account manager
We're a small, senior team. Every client works directly with us not a junior analyst or an account manager
Capitly was built out of a frustration we kept seeing up close: smart, capable business owners making expensive decisions on incomplete information.
Not because they didn't care but because their books were three months behind, their reporting was a patchwork of spreadsheets, and nobody had ever built them a system that actually held together.
We started Capitly to solve that. Not as consultants who hand over a report and disappear, but as an embedded team that builds the foundation, automates the repetitive, and shows you what the numbers actually mean for where you're going next.
We work with a small number of clients deliberately, so that every engagement gets the senior attention it deserves.
Founder · Financial Operations & Control
Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
Aayushi has 8+ years building the financial foundations that growing businesses actually run on. She leads our financial operations work: bookkeeping oversight, management reporting, cash flow tracking, and building efficient processes. Her approach is simple: if a founder can't read their own P&L in ten minutes, something is broken. She fixes that.
"Clean books aren't just good practice — they're how founders make better decisions."
Advisor · Systems & Technology

Ronak has spent 9+ years building and delivering technical solutions for clients across industries. That engineering background is what makes his work at Capitly different. He doesn't just recommend automation he builds it. When he maps your workflows and identifies where data is moving manually, he knows exactly what system should replace it and how to implement it without disruption.
""The best financial system is one your team never has to think about."
Advisor · Analytics & Strategy
CFA Charterholder · Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
Rakshit has 10+ years building the financial infrastructure that growing companies actually need forecasting models that hold up in board meetings, cash flow systems that give founders real visibility, and the strategic frameworks that turn numbers into decisions. His career spans Deloitte, SBI Capital Markets, and real estate private equity, before moving into fractional CFO and finance transformation work. He brings the rigour of institutional finance to businesses that need that level of thinking, without the cost of a full-time CFO.
"A forecast only has value if it changes what you decide."
We don't do retainers that go quiet after onboarding. Every engagement has a defined scope, clear deliverables, and a named person accountable for each one.
You'll always know what we're working on, what's been completed, and what's coming next. No mystery, no vague "advisory hours."
Most of our clients work with us quarter after quarter — not because they're locked in, but because the work keeps compounding.
Close enough" isn't a financial strategy. We don't sign off on numbers we haven't verified.
A business that depends on one person's memory is fragile. We build processes that survive people leaving.
We translate financial data into plain language. If you need a glossary to understand your own report, the report is broken.
The first call is 30 minutes. No pitch deck, no pressure, just a conversation about where you are and whether we're the right fit.
